How to upgrade or downgrade your subscription
To change your current subscription visit the
My Subscription page by clicking the
My Subscription link under the profile menu on the top-right of the page. Your current subscription is shown at the top of the page. If you wish you cancel your subscription click the
Cancel Subscription button. In order to upgrade your subscription to a plan with more text credits scroll down and choose a plan that has more text credits than your current plan. Your current plan is included in this list in order to help you make the proper choice. Your current plan option is disabled but can be used as a reference to make the proper choice. In order to downgrade your subscription to a plan with fewer text credits scroll down and choose a plan that has fewer text credits than your current plan.
When upgrading you will pay the difference of the cost of your current plan and the new plan. When downgrading you will not be charged and your current remaining credits will be converted to rollover credits so that they stay with you.
