What are Subscribers?
Subscribers are the contacts who added themselves to your Contacts by texting your
EchoCode into our phone number. Subscribers are added to the
built-in All Contacts group as well as built-in Subscribers group.
The Subscribers app page not only allows you to view data about your subscribers but also allows you to set two important settings in regards to Subscribers. First, you can elect to add all new subscribers to a
Group. For example, if you had a "New Clients" group you might want to add these new subscribers to this group. Secondly, there is a setting to select a
Reward Coupon to send to each new Subscriber.
