A Reward Coupon is a coupon that is sent as a reward for completing a task. For example, you can set a reward coupon to be returned to all new contacts who subscribe using your EchoCode. Reward Coupons can also be returned to those who complete Polls and Surveys. To create a Reward Coupon simply create a new coupon and instead of selecting a date/time to send the coupn, select the reward coupon option. This will save your coupon and make it available anywhere it is an option to choose a reward coupon.
