SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

Echo Texting Text Marketing

Echo Texting dispatches SMS and MMS messages on the behalf of our clients. These messages include, but are not limited to, standard promotional messages as well as interactive back-and-forth messages.

To comply with FCC regulations Echo Texting clients are required to attain written consent (opt in) to send text messages to each phone number they enter into Echo Texting. All Recipients must have agreed that Client may send them marketing text messages and Recipient should be informed of the frequency that text messages will be sent. Any account that sends unsolicited text messages will be terminated and the remaining credits will be expired. No refunds will be made for the unused portion of text credits. Plain and simple, don't SPAM and don't send unsolicited texts. Sending SPAM will result in your account being locked and no refunds for unused credits will be made.

Text recipients may cancel the SMS service at any time. To do so, text "STOP" to the short code or reply "STOP" to any message received. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at or 1-262-600-2600

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequencies are declared in the opt in text. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
