Anti-Spam Policy

Last updated: July 13, 2025

At Echo Texting LLC, we take spam seriously. This Anti-Spam Policy explains what recipients of SMS, MMS, RCS, or other messaging content sent through our platform can expect, and how we respond to reports of unwanted messages.

No Tolerance for Spam

Echo Texting does not allow our services to be used for sending spam — meaning any unsolicited or unwanted message sent without the recipient’s clear permission. Customers who use our platform must follow all applicable laws, industry guidelines, and our Terms of Use.

If you believe you’ve received a spam message sent through Echo Texting, please report it to us. Include:

  • The mobile number that received the message
  • The date and time the message was received
  • The content of the message (if available)

You can report spam by contacting us here.
We treat all reports seriously. Once we receive a complaint, we’ll promptly investigate while keeping the identities of everyone involved confidential.

How We Enforce This Policy

All Echo Texting users must agree to our Terms of Use when creating an account. If we determine that a customer has violated this Anti-Spam Policy, we may suspend or permanently terminate their access to our services.

We also work to stay compliant with all applicable state and federal laws, as well as wireless carrier rules and requirements.

How to Unsubscribe

If you want to stop receiving messages from a business using Echo Texting, simply reply with STOP to the number sending you texts. This will automatically remove you from their list.

You can also contact us here if you need additional help.
