To import multiple contacts at once a user may upload a CSV text file of contacts to import. The CSV file should be made up of first name, last name (optional-leave blank), and phone number. The import feature recognizes standard US number formats such as XXX-XXX-XXX as well as (XXX) XXX-XXXX. The CSV format does not need to have quotes around each field value. Any row with disallowed characters will be ignored. Only alphanumeric (ABC.../123...) characters are allowed along with spaces, dashes, and apostrophes.
