Creating an autoresponder is simple and takes just a few minutes. Follow this step-by-step guide to create your first autoresponder.

Step 1: Navigate to Autoresponders

  1. Go to your Campaign dashboard
  2. Click on Autoresponders in the campaign menu
  3. Click the Create Autoresponder button

You'll see the autoresponder creation form with a preview panel on the right.

Step 2: Enter Display Name

  • Enter a descriptive name for your autoresponder
  • Examples: "Holiday Greeting", "FAQ Response", "Support Acknowledgment"
  • This name helps you identify the autoresponder in your list
  • Must be between 2-255 characters

Tip: Use clear, descriptive names that indicate the autoresponder's purpose. This makes it easier to find and manage later.

Step 3: Compose Your Message

  • Type your autoresponder message in the message field
  • You can use up to 1,600 characters
  • The message will be sent exactly as written

Step 6: Save

  • Click Save to create your autoresponder
