The Zapier integration connects Echo Texting with over 6,000+ apps, enabling you to automate SMS campaigns based on events from your favorite tools like Google Sheets, Salesforce, Shopify, and more.

How It Works

1. Authentication

Connect your Echo Texting account using an API key:

• Generate an API key in your Echo Texting dashboard
• Enter the key when setting up your Zap
• API keys are scoped to specific brand/campaign for security

2. Choose a Trigger

Select an event from another app that starts your workflow:

• New row in Google Sheets
• New customer in Shopify
• Form submission on your website
• New lead in your CRM
• ...and 6,000+ more triggers

3. Configure Echo Texting Action

Choose what happens in Echo Texting:

• Create or Update Contact: Add the contact to your system
• Send Text Message: Send an SMS to contacts or groups

4. Map Your Data

Connect fields from your trigger to Echo Texting:

• Map phone numbers, names, and other contact data
• Compose dynamic messages using trigger data
• Select groups, tags, and templates

5. Test and Activate

Test your Zap to ensure it works correctly, then turn it on to run automatically.
