Keyword Management

EchoWord Codes

Two Types of EchoWords

Matching and Processing

Exact Matching

Processing Priority

EchoWords have priority in message processing:

  1. Standard keywords (START, STOP, HELP, YES)
  2. EchoWords
  3. Autoresponder fallback
